Borrowing regulations

Borrowers must present a valid library card to borrow or renew materials.
Each borrower is responsible for all items checked out on their card.
A maximum of 3 books may be borrowed at a time.
The loan period for books is 1 week.
Books may be renewed up to 2 times, provided they are not overdue or requested by others.
Borrowers must return all items on time and in good condition.
A fine of VND 1,000 per day per item will be charged for overdue materials.
