TECHFEST WHISE 2023 – PhD Nguyen Van Tan in the Role of “Storyteller” at the Event “Convergence of Excellence”.

On 23 November 2023, within the framework of the innovation event series and Digital Transformation Week TECHFEST WHISE 2023 organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology in coordination with the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, a significant milestone was marked by the event “Convergence of Excellence,” chaired by the Design Thinking Village and the Impact Village – Techfest Vietnam, under the direction of the Agency for Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization Development (NATEC) and the National Startup Support Center (NSSC).

The program delivered a special experience to participants as it featured numerous “storytellers.” They were Leaders of the Design Thinking Village from various provinces and cities who gathered in Ho Chi Minh City and collaboratively took on the role of program hosts.

The power of collaboration is one of the key factors leading to success within an organization. The event “Convergence of Excellence” also served as an opportunity for the Leaders of the Design Thinking Village to jointly share the Village’s activities and plans for 2023 and 2024.

Each Village Head and Co-Head brought a unique story and an engaging journey expressed through their own distinctive storytelling style. With the shared objective of delivering creative and innovative approaches to event organization for the community, and above all, conveying a profound love for social contribution.

“Storytellers are not merely individuals who share information; they are those who immerse themselves in their passion and convey it to the community,” shared a representative of the Organizing Committee.

The program did not stop at listening activities but also incorporated other components such as talk shows, sharing sessions, discussions, recognition, and appreciation for significant contributions from the community.
